Are you more hungry after just eating than before? You might be eating the wrong food! According to the Time Magazine Health Network, American weight loss expert and internist Sue Decotiis pointed out that hunger is a feeling of many complex interactions occurring in the stomach, intestines, brain, pancreas and blood. The following foods are "masters of disguise" and may make you think you are full, but they actually induce hunger, causing you to eat more and get fatter.

Artificial sweeteners stimulate the brain and send a signal: it’s time to eat sweets! Decotii pointed out that people always feel like eating sweets but cannot get enough calories, which results in a "short circuit" in the brain's appetite control circuit, causing long-term appetite disorders.
