According to a 12-week "Parent-Child Weight Management Program", drinking a glass of unsweetened soy milk 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner every day can reduce appetite. By reducing the amount of regular meals and under the guidance of nutritionists and sports coaches, parents and children lost an average of 7 kilograms and grew 1.5 centimeters taller.

What’s special is that among the mother and son duo who participated in the parent-child weight loss program, there was a mother named Chen who thoroughly implemented the plan of drinking unsweetened soy milk before two meals a day for 12 weeks. As a result, she lost 8.9 kg in one go, and her son Chen Xiaodi also successfully lost 6.6 kg. In total, they lost 15.5 kg, which was the most impressive result. There is also a young man named Xie who successfully lost 6.7 kilograms in 12 weeks and even grew 5.5 centimeters taller.

Dr. Xiao Dunren explained that the average calorie content of every 100CC of unsweetened soy milk is about 46 calories. Parents should have their children drink 450CC of unsweetened soy milk before breakfast and dinner every day for 12 consecutive weeks, while children only need to drink 250CC. The water-soluble dietary fiber in soy milk can increase satiety. Drinking soy milk before a meal can help reduce food intake. Calories can then be consumed through physical fitness activities once a week. Without taking medicine or injections, as long as you persevere, you will naturally lose weight.

This excessive drinking would actually harm one's health. For ordinary adults, the daily intake of unsweetened soy milk should be controlled below 1000CC. As for children, 500CC a day is enough. Reducing calorie intake, increasing exercise and changing eating habits are the only ways to integrate correct dietary concepts into daily life and say goodbye to the preference for heavy-tasting, high-calorie foods in order to achieve the ideal weight loss goal.
