10-minute simple fitness yoga (Part 1)

  • It is named according to the characteristics of the posture structure, such as Tortoise Pose.

  • The movements are named after the inventor of the movements, such as Hanuman pose, the monkey god.

Yoga asanas can fully stretch muscles and ligaments, move joints, and gently massage abdominal organs, which has a very significant health care effect on the body.
