How to Check for Miscarriage

How to check for miscarriage?

You need to do an early pregnancy test to diagnose pregnancy, and then do a B-ultrasound to understand the size and position of the embryo. Then you need to do routine blood and urine tests and routine leucorrhea tests. If necessary, you also need to do an electrocardiogram and liver function test, and finally a gynecological examination.

1. Early pregnancy test

Once a woman becomes pregnant, after seven days, chorionic gonadotropin is secreted in the body and then excreted from the blood and urine. Before abortion, you need to do a pregnancy test. Simply put, chorionic gonadotropin is detected by an early pregnancy test strip, so you can know whether you are pregnant.

2. Ultrasound examination

If you plan to have an abortion, the first thing you need to do is a B-ultrasound examination, which is one of the most basic examination methods. Through a reasonable B-ultrasound examination, the size and position of the embryo can be effectively determined, and ectopic pregnancy can also be ruled out.

3. Routine blood and urine examination

If a pregnant woman wants to have an abortion, she also needs to undergo routine blood and urine tests. These tests can help determine whether the patient has blood and urinary system infections or diseases, and if they can be treated in time, to ensure the best results of the abortion.

4. Routine examination of leucorrhea

Pregnant women also need to do routine leucorrhea examination before abortion to understand whether there are fungi or trichomonas in the vagina, and if necessary, they need to do chlamydia, mycoplasma and gonococcus examination. If the above microorganisms are present, it is easy to cause upward infection, so we must first do a detailed examination and then carry out targeted treatment.

5. Electrocardiogram and liver function test

The physical condition of each pregnant woman is different. Some pregnant women are weak or have heart, liver and other diseases, so they need to do electrocardiogram and liver function tests before abortion. If necessary, they must do other tests.
