Could pelvic effusion be cervical adhesion?

In life, many women may have been suffering from gynecological inflammation, and gynecological inflammation is difficult to cure and easy to recur. Pelvic effusion is a gynecological disease. It is divided into physiological and pathological. If it is just physiological pelvic effusion, most of it can disappear naturally and no treatment is required. But if it is inflammation caused by pelvic effusion, there will be inflammatory exudate, and if it is not treated, it will have a certain impact on the female body.

Systemic symptoms: Female friends with pelvic effusion generally have symptoms of being afraid of cold, often wanting to sleep but unable to sleep, feeling low in spirits, and feeling uncomfortable all over.

Abdominal pain: Many female friends suffer from pelvic effusion and will have obvious abdominal pain. This is mainly due to pelvic irritation caused by some chronic inflammation. The pelvic cavity is prone to congestion, so women will have back pain. This situation will also be aggravated when women are tired, menstruating or have sex.

Menstrual disorders: Abnormal leucorrhea may also occur due to pelvic blood accumulation in women. When the situation becomes more and more serious, women's menstruation will become disordered. If the pelvic fluid accumulation phenomenon is more serious, fallopian tube obstruction may occur, leading to female infertility.

When a woman's endometrium becomes inflamed, the endometrial tissue swells and exudes a sticky fluid, which is then wrapped by the surrounding tissue and gradually forms a mass. If left untreated, it is likely to grow slowly. When it grows too large, medication cannot remove it and surgery is necessary. Pelvic effusion can be seen through B-ultrasound or color Doppler ultrasound, but simply extracting the effusion will not cure pelvic effusion, so it is very helpful for women to have regular gynecological examinations for their health.
