What diseases can be caused by unclean sex? Prevention methods for common gynecological diseases

Vaginitis

Every woman has several genital tract inflammations in her life. One of the factors that cause inflammation is unclean sex between two people. Nails and foreskin are sources of hidden bacteria! If you are used to leaving your nails and not washing your hands when you touch you, you must be careful! In addition, when he is intimate, he does not clean his lower body, or you are too lazy to urinate and clean after being in the same room, which can cause genital tract inflammation.

The most prominent symptom of genital tract inflammation is abnormal vaginal discharge. After entering puberty, the body will have colorless, odorless, transparent, moist, and lubricating vaginal discharge. If your vaginal discharge increases, is cheese-like or tofu-like, yellow or green, and has a fishy smell, it means that your vaginal discharge is abnormal, which is usually a manifestation of genital tract inflammation.

Pelvic inflammatory disease

If your life is not really stable and you don't plan to have children, then be sure to take contraceptive measures! Recurrent miscarriage is one of the main culprits of infertility and pelvic inflammatory disease. Pelvic inflammatory disease refers to inflammation of the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes and their surrounding tissues and pelvic peritoneum. One of the most important causes of pelvic inflammatory disease is menstrual intercourse, or unclean sexual life leading to sexually transmitted diseases, and then secondary to pelvic inflammatory disease. Therefore, pelvic inflammatory disease mainly occurs in women who are sexually active and menstruating.

Cervical erosion

Under normal circumstances, semen has a certain bactericidal and disinfecting effect, and the female vagina also has a self-cleaning function. If you frequently use a high concentration of disinfectant to flush the vagina, it will affect the growth of normal vaginal flora and cause varying degrees of damage to the cervical epithelium, eventually leading to erosion. In addition, if you do not pay attention to sexual hygiene, bacteria will invade the vagina and cause cervicitis. Due to the stimulation of inflammation and the increase of local secretions, the cervix will be immersed in inflammatory secretions for a long time, which will cause erosion.

Lower abdominal cramps or bulging in the lower abdomen: If you have lower abdominal cramps accompanied by nausea and vomiting, you should be alert to ovarian tumors. If you find that your wife's lower abdomen bulges when she lies on her back and feels firm when touched, you should also be alert to the possibility of ovarian tumors.

Chronic cervicitis

According to statistics, the incidence of chronic cervicitis among married or sexually active women exceeds 50%. Due to the immature development of the lower reproductive tract and cervical epithelium, marriage before the age of 20, first sexual intercourse before the age of 18, and too many sexual partners can cause the female cervix to be repeatedly stimulated by various pathogenic bacteria and viruses in the smegma for a long time, leading to chronic cervicitis and eventually turning into cervical cancer.

Since women have had sex, their vaginas have been in a relatively open state, which has brought opportunities for the growth and reproduction of bacteria. If you do not pay attention to cleanliness during intimacy, bacteria will invade the vagina, and women will be more likely to suffer from chronic cervicitis. Therefore, before cohabitation, both people should clean their genitals, and men should turn over their foreskins, especially clean the dirt inside the crown of the penis to reduce the possibility of infection.

Cervical polyps are not necessarily cancerous.

Polyps are benign tumors, which refer to proud organisms that grow on the surface of the human mucosa. The cause of polyps is chronic inflammation that stimulates the cervix, causing local cervical mucosal hyperplasia and gradually protruding outward. Polyps do not show obvious symptoms when they are very small, and many women may find them when doing other gynecological examinations. Soft and fragile cervical polyps bleed when touched; larger polyps can cause changes in leucorrhea, such as increased or blood, or contact bleeding, such as a small amount of bleeding after intimacy or defecation.

The cancer rate of polyps is about 0.2%-0.4%. If cervical polyps are not treated, they will cause infertility, so once cervical polyps are found, it is best to remove them immediately.

The incidence of cervical leukoplakia has gradually increased in recent years and is currently about 40%. Cervical leukoplakia is a grayish-white opaque plaque lesion that is associated with the occurrence of cervical cancer.

Vitiligo is a phenomenon in which melanocytes degenerate and die and can appear anywhere. The milky white patches usually appear on both sides of the body, including the face, lips, hands, arms, legs, genitals, etc.

If it is just simple leukoplakia of the cervix, there will be no symptoms. However, if it is combined with diseases such as cervical erosion, there will be bloody secretions, increased leucorrhea, or contact bleeding during intimacy. The cause of leukoplakia is nothing more than excessive estrogen levels in the body or chronic local stimulation such as inflammation of the reproductive organs, which causes abnormal proliferation of the cervical epidermis and then causes leukoplakia.
