Endometriosis Causes

Endometriosis Causes

Endometriosis is a disease that develops from endometriosis to the myometrium. The cysts formed by endometriosis in the ovaries are called ovarian chocolate cysts, which are the main reason for the growth of the endometrium outside the uterine cavity. Endometriosis affects fertility and can cause dysmenorrhea, which gradually worsens. All kinds of surgeries must pay attention to the operating specifications, and be careful not to have sex during menstruation.

Symptoms of Endometriosis

Endometriosis generally presents as dysmenorrhea, which tends to gradually worsen. Endometriosis spreads to the ovaries, forming ovarian chocolate cysts, which can cause anovulation and affect fertility. If endometriosis spreads to the myometrium, adenomyosis, uterine enlargement, and uneven echo of the uterine muscle wall will occur, which can cause dysmenorrhea and gradually worsen. Endometriosis is generally treated symptomatically as soon as possible. If it seriously affects fertility, the appearance of endometriosis is a difficult-to-cure gynecological disease, and it must be actively treated symptomatically and prepared for pregnancy as soon as possible, otherwise the fertility will be reduced.

Check for endometriosis

The examination of endometriosis is mainly B-ultrasound examination. Under B, the doctor can see a mass next to the uterus or in the pelvic cavity. This is an uneven mass that can be identified by ovarian cysts. Endometriosis can also be diagnosed by gynecological examination. If pelvic floor endometriosis can be felt during gynecological examination, painful nodules on the pelvic floor can be felt, so it can be diagnosed as endometriosis. Of course, most of these have clinical manifestations, mainly manifested as progressive dysmenorrhea, abnormal menstruation, etc.
