Why doesn't hydatidiform mole bleed?

The absence of bleeding in hydatidiform mole may be caused by hydatidiform mole embolism, mild condition, malignant changes, torsion of the ovarian luteinized cyst pedicle, personal physical problems, etc.

1. Mole embolism: The reason why mole does not bleed may be due to embolism. The blister fetal mass can be transferred with the blood or swim to other parts of the body. During this process, the lungs or vagina will appear and a bleeding furnace may form locally. If this process is not very serious, it will subside on its own.

2. The situation is not serious: After the appearance of hydatidiform mole, the condition of each patient is different. Some are milder, and some are more serious. If the condition is not particularly serious, it is not easy to bleed during this process. It can be said that this is also very common.

3. Malignant changes: The reason why hydatidiform mole does not bleed may be that the malignant changes are serious. Although the probability of occurrence is only about 10%, once an invasive hydatidiform mole occurs, the harm will be more serious. If not treated in time, it may also deprive the patient of life.

4. Torsion of the ovarian lutein cyst pedicle: After the appearance of hydatidiform mole, torsion may also occur. During this process, the blood type cannot enter the recovery stage and it is not easy to bleed. It can be said that this phenomenon itself has certain hazards, and surgical methods should be chosen as soon as possible for torsion.

5. Personal physique issues: In fact, there is no uniform manifestation of the symptoms of each disease, and everyone's physical fitness will be different. In this case, even if the same disease occurs, there will be obvious abnormalities, so some people will bleed and some people will not bleed.
