How to deal with ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy is also called ectopic pregnancy, which mainly refers to the implantation of the gestational sac outside the uterus, commonly in the fallopian tube. It can usually be treated with medication, surgery and other methods to improve the patient's quality of life.

1. Drug treatment: For example, taking mifepristone tablets, which is an anti-early pregnancy drug, is suitable for pregnancy within 49 days after menstruation stops. After taking the medicine, it can prevent the growth of gestational sac tissue and promote the atrophy of the gestational sac. For example, taking misoprostol tablets, usually used in combination with mifepristone tablets, can promote the contraction of uterine smooth muscle and cause embryo necrosis. However, this drug should be used with caution. If it is not used according to the doctor's advice, heavy bleeding may occur.

2. Surgical treatment: For young patients with strong fertility requirements, conservative surgical treatment can be selected to remove the lesion while preserving the anatomical and physiological functions of the fallopian tube as much as possible. This includes salpingostomy, salpingotomy, and compression of the fallopian tube fimbria. For patients with massive intra-abdominal bleeding and shock, or patients who do not have fertility requirements and wish to avoid pregnancy, radical surgical treatment can be given, i.e., removal of the fallopian tube on the affected side.

Note: The use of drugs must be strictly in accordance with the doctor's instructions. Do not take drugs privately. You should relax your mind and not be anxious or nervous. Eat a balanced diet and do not be picky about food. You should also strengthen your rest and avoid increased intra-abdominal pressure. If you experience any discomfort, you need to seek medical help as soon as possible.
