Fallopian tube obstruction and menstrual irregularities

There are almost no clinical symptoms and signs of fallopian tube obstruction, mainly manifested as infertility, and some patients with hydrosalpinx of the fallopian tube have chronic abdominal pain. Only when the fallopian tube is inflamed will you feel pain in the lower abdomen. Some patients with fallopian tube obstruction will experience symptoms such as pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, falling, secretions, low back pain, and increased menstrual blood volume, but it is easy to be confused with other diseases.

Menstruation is a physiological phenomenon of periodic uterine bleeding in women of childbearing age, which mostly occurs around the age of 14 to 49. Due to the effect of sex hormones secreted by the ovaries, the endometrium of adolescent women changes periodically and sheds once a month. The shed mucous membrane and blood are discharged from the body through the vagina. This bleeding phenomenon is menstruation. Because most people have it once a month, it is called menstruation.

Generally speaking, the hazards of fallopian tube obstruction mainly affect pregnancy, endometritis, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease or some other symptoms. The causes of female infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction include various pathogens such as gonococci, mycoplasma, tuberculosis, various aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, etc., which can cause adhesion and dysfunction of the fallopian tube. When fallopian tube obstruction is found, it is necessary to go to the hospital for treatment in time to avoid affecting female conception due to fallopian tube obstruction.
