What are the early symptoms of cervical erosion in women? 3 early symptoms of cervical erosion that women must know

Cervical erosion is one of the manifestations of chronic cervicitis and is a common gynecological disease. Many women do not know whether they have cervical erosion until they experience abnormal symptoms. Therefore, female friends should know the early symptoms of cervical erosion in advance to help early detection and early treatment of the disease. What are the early symptoms of cervical erosion?

Experts point out that cervical erosion is actually another manifestation of chronic cervicitis. Due to the different degrees of inflammation stimulating the cervix, the erosion that occurs is also different. For example, simple cervical erosion, glandular erosion, follicular cervical erosion, papillary cervical erosion, etc. are all called cervical erosion. There are many reasons for cervical erosion, the most common of which are sexual intercourse during menstruation, problems with sexual hygiene, invasion of some external bacteria, or chronic inflammatory lesions.

What are the early symptoms of cervical erosion? There are mainly the following:

1. Pain: Generally, many patients with mild symptoms do not feel pain. Pain only occurs when the pathogen invades deeper. If the cervix is touched during a gynecological examination, the inflammation will spread from the cervix along the uterosacral ligament, or to the broad ligament, which can easily lead to chronic parametrial connective tissue inflammation, and then there will be dysmenorrhea, lumbosacral pain and pelvic pain. Generally, this pain will be more severe after menstruation, sexual intercourse or gynecological examination.

2. Bladder symptoms: Because cervical inflammation can spread along the lymphatic direction or directly spread to the connective tissue around the bladder, sometimes it can reach the bladder triangle, thereby stimulating the bladder and causing symptoms such as frequent urination and painful urination, and sometimes it can also cause urinary tract infection.

3. Increased leucorrhea: Because the scope and degree of pathogens and erosion are different, the characteristics of leucorrhea are also different. Leucorrhea is mainly milky white mucus-like, or light yellow, purulent or bloody. Milky white mucus-like leucorrhea is the most common. If the erosion is caused by columnar epithelial hyperplasia, the leucorrhea is mostly transparent mucus. If the erosion area is small or the lesion is simple erosion with shallow involvement, the amount of leucorrhea may be relatively small. If the cervical erosion is accompanied by obvious inflammatory infection, the leucorrhea is mostly yellow purulent and viscous. When the disease is deep and the area is large, the amount of leucorrhea is generally large, sometimes with a small amount of blood or blood, and a small number of patients may also have contact bleeding.

Female friends who have the above symptoms should pay attention and go to the hospital for some examinations. Take care of your health and take care of your future.
