How to treat mild cervical erosion for married women? Comprehensive treatment methods for mild cervical erosion in women

It is very common for women to have cervical erosion. In severe cases, some women without a sexual history may also suffer from the disease. Of course, married women are more likely to suffer from the disease, and there are more patients. There are many types of cervical erosion, such as mild, moderate and severe, and their symptoms and treatments are different. However, in terms of treatment, it can also be used as a reference. In order to avoid repeated attacks of the disease, patients must be cured before stopping medication. So how do married women treat cervical erosion?

Drug treatment

Drug treatment has few side effects and is more suitable for women who have not given birth. The most common drugs for treating cervical erosion abroad are Shadier Gel, Huijian Combination, and topical drug suppositories, which are more effective but relatively expensive.

1. Carefully apply 10-30% silver nitrate solution or 10% iodine to the affected area with a cotton swab. After applying silver nitrate, apply physiological saline to convert excess silver nitrate into non-corrosive silver chloride. Apply twice a week, 4-6 times as a course of treatment, and repeat if necessary.

2. Use a cotton swab to dip the potassium dichromate solution and carefully apply it to the affected area. Apply the medicine once after the menstruation is over, and repeat it after the next menstruation. For those with larger erosions, the effect is sometimes better. Before applying the medicine, wipe the cervical mucus with 0.1% chlorhexidine, and place two cotton balls in the posterior fornix to prevent the medicine from flowing down and burning the vaginal mucosa. After that, take out the cotton balls and wipe the application area with a 75% alcohol cotton swab (formula: 10g potassium dichromate, 75ml concentrated sulfuric acid, add water to 100ml).

Physical therapy

1. Electric ironing therapy: Using the thermal effect, the local temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius, so that the local lesions coagulate, necrotize, scab, fall off and repair. It is suitable for patients with deeper erosion and larger erosion area. After treatment, vaginal discharge is sometimes purulent and dirty, until the wound is fully healed, which takes about 6 weeks.

2. Radiofrequency ablation technology: Apply radiofrequency to the eroded tissue, accurately control the temperature of the superconducting head tissue through a computer, release huge energy, dehydrate and solidify the inflammatory eroded tissue during the thermal coagulation process, and restore the cervix to its normal state. This method has the advantages of less pain, quick effect, and simple method. Within one month after treatment, you should avoid sexual intercourse, bathing in a tub, and vaginal douching, otherwise it will greatly increase the chance of infection.

3. LEEp knife, also known as ultra-high frequency radio wave knife: it generates 6.0 MHz high-frequency radio waves through the tip of the electrode. After contacting the body, due to the impedance of the tissue itself, it absorbs this high-frequency radio wave and instantly generates high heat to complete the treatment of cervical erosion. The advantage is that it can achieve very fine surgical effects. It will not cause tissue pulling and carbonization, and it will cause little damage to surrounding tissues. It has little pain and little chance of leaving scars. The operation time is short, an average of 3 to 5 minutes, simple operation, and little pain.

How do married women treat mild cervical erosion? Patients can choose drug therapy or physical therapy. Physical therapy is for patients with stubborn and recurrent illness, or patients who are worried that drug therapy is ineffective. During treatment, sexual intercourse should be stopped, and attention should be paid to the hygiene of the lower body. More attention should be paid to the choice of treatment method. When patients cannot grasp the effect of treatment, it is best to follow the doctor's advice and not to trust folk prescriptions or use drugs indiscriminately.
