What to do if a woman has irregular menstruation? 5 types of irregular menstruation

Irregular menstruation is a common phenomenon among women and is also a disease that is very harmful to women. So, what should women do if they have irregular menstruation?

Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for female menstrual disorders can be divided into menstrual disorders due to blood heat, menstrual disorders due to liver depression and heat transformation, menstrual disorders due to qi deficiency, menstrual disorders due to blood deficiency, menstrual disorders due to blood cold, menstrual disorders due to qi stagnation, and menstrual disorders due to blood stasis.

3. Female menstrual irregularities belong to the cold blood type. Symptoms of this type of female menstrual irregularities include delayed menstruation, dark color and small amount of menstruation, cold pain in the lower abdomen, reduced fever, or fear of cold and cold limbs, pale complexion, and thin white tongue coating. Warm the meridians and dispel cold.

4. It belongs to the Qi stagnation type. The symptoms include delayed menstruation, scanty and dark-colored menstruation with clots, bloating and severe pain in the lower abdomen, bloating and pain in the chest and breasts, and a dark tongue. The treatment for this type of women with irregular menstruation should be to regulate Qi and activate blood circulation.

5. Irregular menstruation in women belongs to the type of liver depression transforming into heat. The symptoms include irregular menstruation, blocked meridians, distension and pain in the chest and lower abdomen, chest tightness, irritability or sighing, infrequent hiccups, red and purple menstrual blood, red tip of the tongue, bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat, and thin yellow tongue coating.
