Just like induced abortion, premature birth and caesarean section, spontaneous abortion requires confinement period, but the length of time is different. For mothers who have premature birth, spontaneous birth or caesarean section, the best confinement period is 45 to 60 days. Mothers who have spontaneous abortion or induced abortion should rest and recuperate for about 21 to 30 days.
