What is the reason for women's habitual miscarriage? We should actively look for the cause

Women who have habitual miscarriage should actively seek the cause to avoid similar incidents from happening again. The occurrence of habitual miscarriage in women is related to genetic factors, maternal diseases, immune factors, psychological factors, external environmental factors and endocrine factors, and should be given sufficient attention.

It is not uncommon for women to have spontaneous miscarriages. If a woman has had more than three spontaneous miscarriages, she is generally considered to have habitual miscarriages. Some women are very confused about their habitual miscarriages and do not know what causes them. So, what is the cause of habitual miscarriages in women?
1. Genetic factors
Among women with habitual miscarriage, about 2%-4% are related to genetic factors. For example, some women marry close relatives, which can easily lead to abnormalities in the chromosome structure and number of the embryo, thus affecting the normal development of the embryo and causing habitual miscarriage.
2. Maternal diseases
Women with gynecological inflammation, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, salpingitis, endometritis, and internal diseases such as kidney disease and hypothyroidism, may cause habitual miscarriage. In addition, abnormal development of the uterus or congenital uterine malformations, such as a small uterus, uterine fibroids, and damaged endometrium, can also cause habitual miscarriage.
3. Immune factors
If the mother's blood type is incompatible with the fetus's, the fetus will obtain antigens from the father and produce antibodies after entering the mother's body. The antibodies can enter the fetal blood circulation through the placenta and under the action of red blood cells, they can destroy hemolysis. In severe cases, it can cause fetal death and miscarriage. In addition, part of the reason is that the mother's immune system mistakes the fetus for an invading virus and kills it, thus causing miscarriage.
4. Endocrine factors
To maintain the normal growth and development of the fetus, endocrine hormones need to play their regulatory and controlling roles, especially progesterone, which plays an important role in maintaining pregnancy. If the corpus luteum is incomplete and the synthesis of progesterone decreases, pregnancy will be difficult to maintain and miscarriage will occur.
5. External factors : If pregnant women do not pay attention to their diet, smoke or drink heavily, or come into contact with chemical poisons, or are in a high temperature environment during pregnancy, it may cause damage to the fetus and cause miscarriage.
6. Psychological factors
If a pregnant woman is in a state of tension, anxiety, fear, etc. for a long time, it may lead to abnormal regulation of the central nervous system of the brain, making it unable to assist physiological functions and causing habitual abortion.
