How many days does it take for symptoms of ectopic pregnancy to appear? More than 40 days of pregnancy

For pregnant women, there will be great changes in their bodies, one of which is early pregnancy reaction. Early pregnancy reaction generally includes cessation of menstruation, breast swelling, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, etc. However, it is worth noting that not all vomiting is an early pregnancy reaction. So how many days does it take for ectopic pregnancy to have symptoms?

Experts say that how long it takes to detect an ectopic pregnancy varies from person to person. Generally, 35 to 40 days after pregnancy, a gestational sac will be seen in the uterine cavity during a B-ultrasound examination. If there is no gestational sac in the uterine cavity, or it is not in the uterine cavity, it is an ectopic pregnancy. The patient has obvious symptoms, such as pain, vaginal bleeding, a feeling of heaviness, etc. At this time, you can go for a blood HCG test, and based on the results of the test, you will make a clear judgment. Generally, an ectopic pregnancy will rupture when the pregnancy is more than 40 days old, and the patient will have a dull pain in the lower abdomen, accompanied by vaginal bleeding, and needs to be alert to ectopic pregnancy.

Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy <br/>Before tubal pregnancy abortion or rupture, symptoms and signs are not obvious. In addition to short-term amenorrhea and pregnancy symptoms, sometimes there is bloating and pain in one side of the lower abdomen. During the examination, the fallopian tube is normal or swollen. The specific symptoms are as follows:
Amenorrhea: Except for the longer amenorrhea period in interstitial pregnancy, most cases last for 6 to 8 weeks, and usually abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and other symptoms occur after amenorrhea. However, about 20% of patients complain of no history of amenorrhea.
Abdominal pain: This is the main symptom when the patient seeks treatment. Abdominal pain is caused by a variety of factors, such as enlargement and rupture of the fallopian tube and irritation of the peritoneum by blood. When the fallopian tube ruptures, the patient suddenly feels a tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.

Vaginal bleeding: After the death of the embryo, there is often irregular vaginal bleeding, which is dark brown in color and small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation, but it is spotty and not clean.
Syncope and shock: Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding, it can cause decreased blood volume and severe abdominal pain. Mild cases often cause syncope, while severe cases may experience shock.
Ectopic pregnancy is also easily confused with other abdominal pain problems, so we should be careful to distinguish them. The pain of ectopic pregnancy starts from the heart and gradually moves to the right lower abdomen; intestinal volvulus is sudden pain and abdominal distension; gallstones are pain in the right upper abdomen. Ectopic pregnancy, that is, ruptured pregnancy outside the uterus, is severe pain in the lower abdomen and bleeding. Mild cases often have syncope, and severe cases have shock.
