Pelvic inflammatory disease is one of the common gynecological diseases. If it is not properly cared for, it is easy to cause repeated attacks. If we want to avoid its re-invasion, in addition to daily health care, we must also pay attention to daily dietary taboos. Let's take a look at what to eat when you have pelvic inflammatory disease?

If you have pelvic inflammatory disease, you need to eat light and easily digestible foods, such as mung beans, winter melon, purslane, etc. You should eat foods that have the effect of promoting blood circulation, regulating qi and dispersing nodules, such as hawthorn, peach kernel, kumquat, etc. You should also supplement protein appropriately, such as lean pork, duck, goose and quail.
