What medicine is effective for uterine fluid accumulation after induced labor

Uterine effusion causes great distress to women, causing them to always have lower abdominal pain or become weak, accompanied by back pain. Only timely treatment can restore the body to a healthy state, so patients should treat uterine effusion in time. Now we ask experts to make a reasonable introduction to the question of what drugs are available for the treatment of uterine effusion.

1. Western medicine treatment of uterine effusion

This method uses a combination of antibiotics. It is best to select drugs based on bacterial culture and drug sensitivity tests. Common drugs include: Penicillin G: 2.4 million to 10 million units per day, intravenous drip; after the condition improves, reduce to 800,000 to 1.6 million units per day, intramuscular injection in divided doses. Erythromycin: 1-1.5g per day, intravenous drip, plus kanamycin 0.5g, twice a day, intramuscular injection. Clindamycin: 0.6g each time, intravenous drip, once every 6 hours. After the body temperature drops to normal, change to oral administration, 0.3g each time, once every 6 hours.

2. Treatment of uterine effusion with traditional Chinese medicine

Chronic uterine effusion can be treated with Western medicine or Chinese patent medicine: while using antibiotics, 5 mg of α-chymotrypsin or 1500 units of hyaluronic acid can be injected intramuscularly once every other day, 5 to 10 times as a course of treatment. Antibiotics and prednisone can also be used at the same time, 5 mg of prednisone, taken orally 3 times a day, and the dosage should be gradually reduced after stopping the drug.
