Cervical warts are a common gynecological disease in life. Many female friends suffer from this disease. Real life tells us that it is common for women to suffer from some gynecological diseases, so I hope everyone will not have psychological burdens. So what should we do after getting cervical warts? 1. Physical therapy is suitable for moderate and severe erosion. It is the method with the best effect and the shortest course of treatment. Generally, it can be cured in one time. Use the electric iron to touch the eroded surface to solidify the tissue and form a scab. The scab begins to fall off after about two weeks. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for the wound to heal. The operation should be performed 3 to 5 days after the end of menstruation. It is contraindicated for those with adnexal condyloma. After treatment, the leucorrhea may increase temporarily or bleed. If the bleeding is heavy, sterile gauze can be used to compress and stop the bleeding, and it can be removed after 24 hours. The disadvantage is that sometimes the scar shrinks and causes cervical stenosis. 2. Cryotherapy uses a liquid nitrogen rapid cooling device, and the probe is placed on the eroded surface for 1 to 3 minutes, and then removed after natural rewarming, so that the diseased tissue is frozen and necrotic. A lot of watery secretions can flow out 2 to 3 weeks after treatment. The advantage is that bleeding and cervical stenosis rarely occur. Cervical hypertrophy and glandular cysts generally do not require treatment. If the glandular cyst is large, it can be punctured with a thick needle, and the jelly-like substance inside can be squeezed out and then coated with iodine, or it can be punctured with an electric cautery first, and the liquid can be released, and then the cyst wall tissue can be burned. 3. Laser treatment: Laser carbonizes and scabs the eroded tissue, and the healing process is the same as the previous two treatment methods. After physical therapy, a large amount of yellow watery leucorrhea often flows out of the vagina, and the duration varies. The vulva should be kept clean. It usually takes 6 to 8 weeks to heal. Before the wound is completely healed, bathing, sexual intercourse and vaginal douching should be avoided. After surgery, you can check once a week to observe the healing situation. Pay attention to whether there is cervical stenosis. If so, you can use a probe to gently dilate it. The first thing we should do after suffering from cervical warts is to actively seek treatment. Active treatment is the best and most effective method for us. If we do not take some treatment measures, the disease will become more serious and may even change from cervical warts to cervical erosion, etc. Therefore, I hope everyone can pay attention to this disease. |
