Three major causes of pelvic peritonitis in women

Three major causes of pelvic peritonitis in women

Pelvic peritonitis is a common gynecological disease that affects women's work and life. Most women in life think that pelvic peritonitis is a common disease among married women. In fact, unmarried women may also suffer from pelvic peritonitis. Here are the three major reasons why women suffer from pelvic peritonitis.

The main reasons for unmarried women suffering from pelvic peritonitis include the following three aspects:

1. Unclean masturbation

Masturbation is a phenomenon that many unmarried women will have. Dirty fingers or dirty surfaces of instruments are stained with pathogenic bacteria, and may even contain sexually transmitted disease pathogens such as gonorrhea and mycoplasma. When these dirty things are used to massage the clitoris or insert into the vagina, it is possible to bring pathogens into the body and cause inflammation.

2. Bad living habits

The female lower body is warm and humid, which is suitable for bacteria to survive. If it is not cleaned in time, it is likely to cause bacteria to accumulate and cause genital inflammation. Especially during menstruation, because women's resistance is reduced during menstruation, the private parts are soaked in menstrual blood or leucorrhea, and the pathogenic bacteria in them can enter the internal genitals through the vagina and cause pelvic peritoneal inflammation. If you swim during menstruation, it is easier for the bacteria in the water to enter the vagina, and then enter the uterus and fallopian tubes and cause inflammation.

3. Appendicitis

Appendicitis is also a major factor leading to female pelvic peritonitis. If patients with appendicitis do not seek medical treatment in time, the appendix will become purulent, which may cause inflammatory substances to seep out and flow into the pelvic cavity, causing salpingitis. In acute enteritis, the bacteria in the intestines can be transmitted to the genitals through the lymphatic vessels, causing genital inflammation. In addition, pulmonary tuberculosis bacteria can also cause female pelvic peritonitis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis can flow into the pelvic cavity through the blood, causing pelvic inflammation; intestinal tuberculosis bacteria can directly invade the genitals, causing genital tuberculosis.

The above is the relevant knowledge about the causes of pelvic peritonitis in unmarried women. I hope it will be helpful to you. I wish you a speedy recovery!
