Pelvic peritonitis is a common gynecological disease. Many female friends suffer from pelvic peritonitis but do not know what is going on. Pelvic peritonitis refers to the inflammation of the female pelvic reproductive organs, the connective tissue around the uterus and the pelvic peritoneum. What should I eat for pelvic peritonitis? Dietary conditioning for pelvic peritonitis has three main functions: the first is to enhance the body's immunity to resist the growth and spread of bacteria; the second is to serve as an auxiliary means of drug therapy to speed up the recovery process; the third is to nourish important organs to help strengthen the body during the illness. Dietary conditioning for pelvic peritonitis can be implemented according to TCM diagnosis. Pay attention to a light diet and avoid spicy and irritating foods. You can eat more lean meat, chicken, eggs, crucian carp, turtle, cabbage, asparagus, celery, spinach, cucumber, winter melon, mushrooms, tofu, kelp, seaweed, fruits, etc. Patients with pelvic peritonitis should eat light and easily digestible food during the fever period. Patients with yellow, heavy and thick vaginal discharge are suffering from damp-heat syndrome, and should avoid eating fried, greasy and spicy food. Patients with pelvic peritonitis who suffer from high fever and damage to body fluid can be given pear juice, apple juice, watermelon juice, etc., but they should not drink it after being chilled. Those with fever in the five hearts and back pain are mostly suffering from kidney yin deficiency, and can eat meat and eggs to nourish and strengthen the body. Patients with cold pain in the lower abdomen, fear of cold, and back pain are suffering from cold stagnation and qi stagnation type, and can be given warm foods such as ginger soup, brown sugar water, and cinnamon meat. |
