3 porridge dishes suitable for patients with adnexitis

Purslane and Dandelion Porridge

Ingredients: 15 grams of purslane, 15 grams of dandelion, rice, and rock sugar in appropriate amounts.

Preparation: First put the first two ingredients into water and boil them, remove the residue, take the juice and add it into rice to cook porridge. After it is cooked, add rock sugar and eat it.

Efficacy: This prescription has the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying.

Job's tears and safflower porridge

Ingredients: 30 grams of coix seed, 10 grams of safflower, and appropriate amount of millet.

Preparation: First put the first two ingredients into water and boil them, remove the residue, take the juice and add it into millet to cook porridge, and eat it directly after it is cooked.

Efficacy: This prescription has the effects of clearing heat, promoting dampness and activating blood circulation. It is suitable for patients with adnexitis with damp-heat and blood stasis.

Hawthorn and Chaihu Congee

Ingredients: 15 grams of raw hawthorn, 10 grams each of bupleurum and angelica, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Preparation: Put the first three ingredients into the pot at the same time and boil them, remove the residue and take the juice. Add appropriate amount of white sugar when taking it, twice a day.

Efficacy: This prescription has the effect of regulating qi and activating blood circulation, can relieve pelvic blood stasis and alleviate abdominal pain.
