How to treat acute peritonitis

How to treat acute peritonitis

Acupuncture therapy is to insert needles (usually filiform needles) into the patient's body at a certain angle under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, and use acupuncture techniques such as twisting and lifting to stimulate specific parts of the human body to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. So how to use acupuncture therapy to treat peritonitis? The following is a detailed introduction for everyone.

1. Localized peritonitis

Acupuncture points

Main acupoints: Tianshu, Ashi point, Lanwei point, Zusanli point.

Acupoints: Quchi, Qihai, Diji, Neiguan.

Ashi point location: refers to the most obvious part of the abdominal tenderness

Governing Law

Take 3 to 4 main acupoints each time, and select auxiliary acupoints according to the symptoms. The acupuncture method is the same as above. Qihai and Diji can be injected into the acupoints. Drug: Kumu injection (2ml~4ml) plus 10% glucose injection 15ml, evenly injected into each acupoint, once a day. Carbon dioxide laser and helium-neon laser (expanded beam, original beam and single-filament fiber transmission laser) can also be used to irradiate the upper acupoints, 10 minutes to 20 minutes each time, 1 to 2 times a day, 10 to 12 times as a course of treatment.

2. Diffuse peritonitis

Acupuncture points

Main acupoints: Zhongwan, Tianshu and Zusanli.

Acupoints: Liangmen, Neiguan, Weishu, Dachangshu, Hegu, Quchi.

Governing Law

The main acupoints are used as the main ones. If the symptoms cannot be controlled, other acupoints can be added as appropriate. When selecting acupoints, the patient usually takes a semi-recumbent position. After deep insertion of the needle, twist it greatly and combine it with lifting and insertion, apply drainage method, and strong stimulation. Continue to move the needle for 1 minute to 2 minutes, leave the needle for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and move the needle once every 5 minutes or more. You can also connect the G6805 electroacupuncture instrument after the first needle movement, with intermittent waves and a frequency of 180 times/minute to 240 times/minute. The intensity depends on the patient's tolerance. After the needle, use moxa rolls or warm moxibustion devices for spiral moxibustion, all on the main acupoints in the abdomen, each time for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Needle 2 to 3 times a day, and once every 6 hours for severe cases.
