Hyperprolactinemia diet precautions

There are many reasons for inducing hyperprolactinemia. 1. Pig's trotters and sunflower stalks fried: 250g pig's trotters, 10g sunflower stalks. First wash the pig's trotters, scrape off the dirt and put them into a casserole, stew them over low heat until they are well cooked, add the sunflower stalks, boil them into a thick juice, remove the residue and drink the juice. Take 2 to 3 times a day, 20 to 30 ml each time. It has the effect of promoting blood circulation, promoting qi and removing blood stasis. It is suitable for hyperprolactinemia of blood stasis type.

2. Stewed pig's trotters with Achyranthes bidentata: 15g Achyranthes bidentata, 2 pig's trotters, 80ml rice wine. Scrape and remove hair from the pig's trotters, cut into several small pieces, put them into a large stew pot with Achyranthes bidentata, add 500ml water, stew until the trotters are cooked, remove the Achyranthes bidentata, eat the trotter meat and soup. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, dredge menstruation and beautifying the skin. It is suitable for women with hyperprolactinemia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.

3. Pigeon meat, scallion and ginger porridge: 150g pigeon meat, 50g minced pork, 100g polished rice, appropriate amount of scallion and ginger, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil, salt and monosodium glutamate. Debone the pigeon meat and cut it into pieces, put it in a bowl, add pork, scallion and ginger, cooking wine and salt, mix well and set aside. Add 1000ml of water to polished rice, boil it, add pigeon meat and other ingredients and cook into porridge, add sesame oil, monosodium glutamate and pepper. It has the effects of nourishing the kidney and qi, dispelling wind and detoxifying, and harmonizing blood and pleasing color. It is suitable for blood deficiency and hyperprolactinemia.

4. Stir-fried cuttlefish with shredded ginger: 50 grams of ginger, 250 grams of boneless cuttlefish. Cut the ginger into shreds, wash and slice the cuttlefish, add oil and stir-fry together, and serve as a side dish. It has the effects of nourishing blood, regulating menstruation and beautifying. It has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on those with blood deficiency and hyperprolactinemia.
