5. Frequent unclean sex life can also easily cause cervical warts to occur very frequently. Most patients have a history of unclean sex life or a history of infection in their spouse. A few cervical warts are infected through contact with contaminated utensils, and newborns can also be infected through the birth canal. The incubation period varies from 18 months, with an average of 3 months.
