What foods are good for the body when you have Bartholin's glanditis?

Bartholinitis is a disease caused by bacterial infection. It is a mixed infection with complex pathogens. The main pathogens are endogenous pathogens and pathogens of sexually transmitted diseases. In the treatment process, dietary therapy is inevitable. Only by controlling your mouth can you cure the disease. There are many small details in diet that really have a great impact on health. 1. The dietary precautions for patients with Bartholin's gland cysts are as follows:

1. Avoid spicy, fried, and warm foods: such as peppers, onions, mustard, roasted chicken, beef, mutton, dog meat, etc. Because these foods are mostly hot, if patients eat them, they may get hot and get angry, which will aggravate the condition. 2. Avoid seafood and other irritants: Common marine fish, shrimp, crabs, clams, abalone and other river and seafood products are all irritants. If eaten during treatment, it will not be conducive to the disappearance of inflammation.

3. Avoid sweet and greasy foods: If you suffer from Bartholin's gland cyst, you should avoid eating overly sweet and greasy foods, such as candy, cream cake, eight-treasure rice, pork, mutton fat, egg yolk, etc., because these foods have a dampness-promoting effect, which will reduce the treatment effect of Bartholin's gland cyst and make it difficult to cure.

4. Avoid drinking: Tobacco and alcohol are very irritating and are warm and stimulating foods. If you do not stop smoking and drinking during treatment, it will not only be difficult to achieve the treatment effect, but it may also aggravate the condition.

2. The dietary therapy recommended for patients with Bartholin's gland cyst is as follows:

1. Purslane and Angelica Porridge: Wrap 10g of Angelica with clean gauze, put it into the pot with 30g of Purslane, add 60g of rice and appropriate amount of water, boil until done, remove the medicine bag and eat porridge. 1 time/day, take for 3-5 days/course of treatment. Function: clearing away heat and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and reducing inflammation. Indications: Bartholinitis; symptoms include obvious swelling and pain.

2. Gleditsia sinensis frankincense wine: Crush 1 Gleditsia sinensis thorn (choose a large one) into more than 10 pieces, wrap 3 grams of frankincense around the thorn, add 20 ml of alcohol and wine, fry until boiling, remove the residue and take the juice. Take it all at once.

Function: Clearing away heat and detoxifying, eliminating carbuncle and draining pus. Mainly used for Bartholin's gland cyst.

3. Bitter Herb and Ginger Drink: Chop and mash 40g of bitter herb and 20g of ginger respectively, and use clean gauze to extract the juice (or use a juicer to extract the juice), and combine the two in equal amounts. Take 30ml each time, add 10ml of rice wine, and drink with water, 3 times/day. Function: clear away heat and detoxify, eliminate carbuncle and discharge pus. Indications: Bartholin's gland cyst.

4. Houttuynia cordata and coix seed porridge: add 30g of houttuynia cordata to water and boil it first, remove the residue and take the juice, add 30g of coix seed and 50g of rice and cook until the porridge is cooked. Take it twice a day for 5-7 days/course of treatment.

Function: Clearing away heat and detoxifying, removing dampness and draining pus. Indications: Bartholinitis; symptoms include pus formation but no ulceration.

5. Dandelion soup: 30g each of dandelion and wild chrysanthemum, 90g of Hedyotis diffusa, 50g of honeysuckle, 15g of scallion, put them into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, and simmer for 1 hour. Dissolve brown sugar in the juice and take it all at once, or drink it frequently instead of tea. Function: clear away heat and detoxify, dissipate knots and eliminate sores. It is mainly used to treat vestibular glanditis caused by excessive heat and toxicity.

6. Fresh Purslane Cold Dish: Add 10g of garlic paste and soy sauce to 60g of cooked fresh purslane. Take it at any time for 5-7 days.

Function: Clearing away heat and detoxifying, dispersing stagnation and reducing swelling. It is mainly used to treat vestibular glanditis and vulvitis caused by excessive heat and toxicity; symptoms include obvious redness, swelling, heat and pain of the vulva, yellow-red vaginal discharge, dry and bitter mouth, yellow-red urine and dry and hard stool.

Warm reminder: pay attention to the local hygiene of the vulva, change underwear frequently, stay in bed and rest during the acute phase, and have regular gynecological examinations to detect and treat diseases early.
