5. Poultry, livestock, eggs, milk, and fish are generally edible. For those with insufficient qi and blood, it is better to use them to replenish qi and nourish blood. Snails, clams, crabs, and turtles are cold foods, so it is better to eat less. Too fatty meat is not to be eaten.

6. Eat more foods that replenish qi and benefit qi. They can help qi and blood flow and relieve pain. They are especially suitable for those with endometriosis who have insufficient qi and blood.

7. Diet therapy for endometriosis: Among vegetables, rapeseed, shepherd's purse, amaranth, kelp, cucumber, loofah, winter melon, eggplant, leek, bamboo shoots, and lotus root are all cool in nature. It is better to eat less of them before and after menstruation, especially not to eat them raw. Scallion can dispel wind and cold, dredge the liver meridian, and eating them is beneficial. 8. Most fruits are eaten raw, and patients with endometriosis should avoid eating them before and after menstruation.

9. Astringent and sour foods can easily lead to blood stasis and should be avoided. Spicy and warm foods can help to promote circulation and can be eaten, but not too much, because excessive spiciness can aggravate pain.
