In severe cases, it is accompanied by nausea and vomiting, cold sweats, cold hands and feet, and even fainting. Recently, many patients have asked whether dysmenorrhea is hereditary. Gynecological experts in Changchun Jiulong said that dysmenorrhea may be hereditary. Although it is not a genetic disease, it has a certain genetic tendency. And if the mother has dysmenorrhea, the probability of the daughter having dysmenorrhea will be greatly increased.

Women should eliminate anxiety, tension and fear and relieve mental burden when they have dysmenorrhea. Treat chronic diseases in time. People with stunted growth and weak constitution should try to correct their condition. Start physical exercise to strengthen their constitution. Avoid strenuous exercise and overwork during menstruation, prevent cold, and pay attention to menstrual hygiene.
