Delicious soup relieves women's pain of menstrual cramps

Dysmenorrhea refers to pain and distension in the lower abdomen before, during, or after menstruation, accompanied by backache or other discomfort. Severe cases can affect the quality of normal life and work. The following delicious soups can help women relieve the pain of dysmenorrhea.

Hawthorn and sunflower seed brown sugar soup

Ingredients: 50 grams each of hawthorn and sunflower seeds, 100 grams of brown sugar.

Preparation: Put all the above ingredients into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and fry or stew together, remove the residue and take the soup.

Efficacy: replenishes qi, strengthens the spleen and stomach, and harmonizes blood and improves complexion. Suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by deficiency of both qi and blood.

Ginger, jujube and peppercorn soup

Ingredients: 25 grams of ginger, 30 grams of jujube, and 100 grams of pepper.

Preparation: Peel and wash the ginger and slice it, wash and pit the jujube, put it into a clay pot together with the peppercorns, add 1.5 bowls of water and simmer until half a bowl of water remains, remove the residue and keep the soup. Take one dose per day.

Efficacy: Warms the middle and relieves pain, suitable for those with cold dysmenorrhea.

Leek Juice and Brown Sugar Drink

Ingredients: 300 grams of fresh leeks, 100 grams of brown sugar.

Preparation: Wash the fresh leeks, drain the water, chop them, and mash them to extract the juice for later use. Put the brown sugar in an aluminum pot, add a little water and boil until the sugar dissolves, then add it to the leek juice and drink it.

Efficacy: It has the effects of warming the meridians and replenishing qi. Suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by deficiency of both qi and blood
