Cervical erosion is one of the manifestations of chronic cervicitis and is the most common cervical disease. The most common manifestation of cervical erosion is abnormal leucorrhea, mainly heavy leucorrhea and various leucorrhea shapes. 1. Colorless paste-like leucorrhea Leucorrhea is sticky like paste, with a large amount, and often stains underwear. It is more common in patients with cervical inflammation caused by cervical erosion; in addition, women who use more estrogen preparations may also have this kind of leucorrhea. 2. Okara-like leucorrhea This type of leucorrhea is large in volume, shaped like bean dregs and floc-like, and is accompanied by extreme vaginal itching. This type of leucorrhea is more common in patients with cervical erosion who also suffer from candidal vaginitis. The two can affect each other and aggravate the patient's vaginal discomfort. 3. Foamy leucorrhea Patients with mildly infected cervical erosion may have foamy leucorrhea with large amount, accompanied by vulvar and vaginal itching. Severe cases may cause purulent infection, and the leucorrhea will become yellow pus and foamy. 4. Purulent leucorrhea Purulent leucorrhea is more common in patients with severe cervical erosion infection, and may be accompanied by symptoms such as general weakness and low fever. Anti-infection treatment should be carried out in time. 5. Watery leucorrhea If the patient's cervical erosion is in a small area and there is no infection, the leucorrhea will be clear like water and often soak the underwear. |
