Diet therapy for ovarian cysts

Diet therapy for ovarian cysts

Ovarian cysts are a type of ovarian tumor. Physiological ovarian cysts are benign and often occur in women aged 20 to 50. Although physiological ovarian cysts are not malignant in nature, the possibility of malignant transformation cannot be ruled out. Physiological ovarian cysts are often clinically manifested as lower abdominal distension, discomfort, abnormal leucorrhea, and menstrual disorders. In severe cases, symptoms such as difficulty urinating, constipation, shortness of breath, and palpitations may also occur.

In addition to regular treatment, physiological ovarian cysts can also be treated with dietary therapy, such as walnut kernel, Curcuma zedoaria, honey drink, and donkey-hide gelatin and fish belly soup.

Walnut kernel, curcuma and honey drink

1. Pick out impurities from walnut kernels, Trillium, Curcuma, Angelica, Salvia miltiorrhiza, and Citrus aurantium, wash them, dry them in the sun or in an oven, cut them into slices or chop them, put them in a bowl and set aside.

2. Wash the turtle shell, dry it, break it into pieces, put it into a casserole, add water and soak it for a while, boil it over high heat, then fry it over medium heat for 30 minutes.

3. Pour the other 6 herbs in the bowl into the casserole, mix well, add appropriate amount of warm water as needed, boil for 30 minutes, filter with clean gauze, collect the filtered juice and put it into a container, when it is warm, add 30 ml of honey and mix well.
