Regular rope skipping can help prevent ectopic pregnancy

People often say: "Life lies in exercise." For the female reproductive system, the best exercise is rope skipping. Regular rope skipping can help female friends avoid ectopic pregnancy. Why do you say that? There are mainly three reasons.

First, when skipping rope, the body bounces up and down rhythmically, which can cause the internal organs to shake rhythmically. In particular, it can have a therapeutic effect of vibration and massage on the uterus and the surrounding ligaments and mesentery. At the same time, it can produce rhythmic vibration and stretching effect on the fallopian tubes and ovaries that are arranged horizontally and relatively free in the abdominal cavity. This stimulation promotes local microcirculation, provides sufficient nutrients, and enhances metabolism.

Secondly, skipping rope regularly is beneficial to the growth and development of smooth muscle, secretory cells and other tissue structures of female internal reproductive organs, promotes the soundness and perfection of functions, enhances the peristalsis of fallopian tubes, promotes the secretion of hormones, and ensures the functions of "receiving", "inviting" and "delivering" eggs, sperm and fertilized eggs, thereby avoiding ectopic pregnancy due to obstruction of the movement of fertilized eggs.

Third, skipping rope regularly can enhance heart and lung function, improve physical fitness, and increase the body's resistance. It is very beneficial to health and also reduces the risk of ectopic pregnancy to a certain extent.

It is worth noting that women who are preparing to get pregnant are strictly prohibited from skipping rope within 24 hours after sex to avoid affecting the fertilization process. Women with weak constitutions and risk factors for visceral prolapse should not do this exercise. In addition, the timing of exercise should also be grasped, and it is not advisable to do it after a meal.
