Foot massage for health care and treatment of amenorrhea

[Introduction] Any woman who is over 18 years old and still has no menstruation (except for dark periods); or has a menstrual cycle but has been interrupted for more than 3 months (except for pregnancy or lactation) can be called amenorrhea. Clinically, it is accompanied by symptoms such as thin body, pale complexion, dizziness, mental fatigue, hard and painful abdomen, dry stool, depression and anger.

Massage area

1. Reflex areas on the soles of the feet: head (brain), pituitary gland, cerebellum and brain stem, parathyroid glands, celiac plexus, liver, gallbladder, heart, spleen, kidneys, ureters, bladder, stomach, pancreas, duodenum, cecum (appendix), ileocecal valve, ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon and rectum, small intestine, anus, and gonads.

2. Reflex zones on the inside of the foot: cervical vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, urethra and vagina, prostate or uterus.

3. Reflex zones on the outside of the foot: lower abdomen and gonads.

4. Reflex zones on the dorsum of the foot: inguinal canal, upper body lymph nodes, lower body lymph nodes, and diaphragm.

Common techniques

1. Reflex zones on the sole of the foot: thumb point method, index finger interphalangeal joint point method, thumb joint scraping method, pressing method, index finger joint scraping method, double finger joint scraping method, fist scraping method, thumb pushing method, rubbing method, fist tapping method, etc.

2. Reflex zone on the inside of the foot: scrape, press and push with the outer edge of the index finger.

3. Reflex zone on the outside of the foot: scraping, pressing, pushing and tapping the outer edge of the index finger, etc.

4. Reflex zone of the dorsum of the foot: thumb tip method, index finger interphalangeal joint point method, division method, etc.
