How to treat mild cervical erosion

How to treat mild cervical erosion

If you are diagnosed with mild cervical erosion through gynecological examination, you should first undergo cervical cancer screening, that is, cervical cytology examination and HPV monitoring to determine whether there is cervical inflammation, cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer. If the above lesions are excluded through the above examinations and there are no symptoms, it is physiological and does not require any treatment. If there is cervical inflammation accompanied by clinical symptoms, such as cervical contact bleeding and increased vaginal secretions, local vaginal medication can be given. If it is cervical intraepithelial lesions and suspected cancer, further diagnosis and treatment are required, and timely surgical treatment if necessary.

What medicine is good for cervical erosion

If cervical cancer and precancerous lesions are ruled out, symptomatic treatment can generally be achieved with drugs such as Baofukang suppositories and Zhimikang suppositories. Those with cervical erosion should first go to the hospital for cervical cancer screening, which is generally a cervical TCT, also called thin-layer liquid-based cytology test and HPV human papillomavirus test. These two tests can generally determine whether you have cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. When cervical cancer and precancerous lesions are ruled out, simple cervical erosion can generally be treated symptomatically with medication. Generally, medication is applied for one month and one week for conditioning and used for three menstrual cycles for symptomatic treatment. Go to the hospital to check on the recovery later. Most mild cervical erosions are well treated with medication. For moderate and severe cases, physical methods can be used for treatment.

Can cervical erosion be cured by taking medicine?

If it is just cervical erosion, it cannot be eliminated by taking medicine, no medicine can. Because cervical erosion is not a disease at all, so taking medicine is ineffective. Cervical erosion is related to the estrogen level in the body. Many young women will have physiological eversion of the columnar epithelium of the cervix due to high estrogen levels in the body. This leads to a normal physiological bright red erosion state. It is just a normal phenomenon, not a disease, and will not cause cervical cancer, etc. There is no need to eliminate it.
