How to eat during fasting? Nutritionists reveal 6 types of food that will make you thinner the more you eat! Including whole grains, nuts and seeds, dairy products, beans, fish, eggs, meat, fruits and vegetables.

Whole grains

Such as: mung beans, red beans, steamed bread, corn, pumpkin, whole wheat toast, sweet potatoes, brown rice, buckwheat noodles, cereals, reduce processed refined foods, and focus on high-fiber and multi-variety foods.

Root vegetables with a dense and soft texture are also starchy!

Nuts and seeds

Such as: walnuts, sesame seeds, nuts, a small handful every day.

Dairy

Such as: cheese, yogurt, milk, 1.5 to 2 cups per day.

Beans, fish balls and meat

Such as: beans: tofu, soy milk, and soy products.

Fish and seafood.

Meat: chicken, pork, beef, and mutton.

Eggs: One egg per day. Try to choose whole foods and avoid processed meats.

Fruit

1 In addition to a balanced diet, adequate water intake is also important. Drink less sugary drinks and at least 1500 to 2000 ml of water every day.

2. Appropriate exercise: Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.
