Molly has always had a habit of fitness, but during the epidemic prevention period last year, she accidentally relaxed too much and her body fat soared to 28 (weight was 57kg), which is very high for her who has the habit of exercising. However, since taking over the endorsement of "Sajier", Molly has urged herself to strictly control her body shape. From December last year to now (June 2021), she has lost 7 kilograms (currently 50kg) and her body fat has dropped to 20.

Molly showed off her hot abs on social media. When asked about the most impressive abdominal exercise, she shared these three moves: plank pose, side plank pose, and sit-ups. "I do it in a combination of reps! One set of 20, rest for 30 seconds, then the next set. I usually do six sets a day."

However, Molly also reminded that in order to achieve a perfect belly slim, exercise alone is not enough. It is also very important to "not drink cold drinks (really not even a sip)" in combination with diet to effectively eliminate fat accumulation in the abdomen.

Many people often ask what to eat when losing weight. Molly said that she only adheres to two major principles: water and protein! Japanese sugar reduction doctor Masato Mizuno once described the importance of "protein" in a weight loss diet as "protein can make eating a way to burn calories." Generally, the intake of carbohydrates will increase the body's energy consumption by 5%~6%, the intake of fat will increase it by 4%~5%, and the intake of protein will increase it to 30%~40%. In other words, the body has to spend a lot of energy to consume protein.

At the same time, eating enough protein will avoid muscle loss. The combination of the two will have a significant fat-reducing effect, which will make you lose weight more noticeably than counting calories or restricting meal times. Molly revealed that in the past six months, she would eat 1.8 times her body weight in protein every day. For example, now she weighs 50 kilograms (50x1.8=90), so she needs to eat 90 grams of protein a day to meet the standard.

3. Drinking water can effectively prevent edema

Another powerful tool for weight loss is "water". Many people are afraid that drinking water will cause edema. Molly said that edema is mostly caused by "drinking too much water at the wrong time". Just avoid drinking a lot of water 3 hours before going to bed. Basically, drink 2500cc of boiled water a day to avoid edema. If it is an important shoot, Molly will drink 1000-1500cc of water while dressing, which can reduce swelling faster than black coffee.
