I myself have undergone long-term hormone treatment and gained 10 kilograms. At that time, I always felt weird wearing my favorite clothes. I also hated looking in the mirror, let alone what I looked like in my underwear! This sentence makes me happiest. Confident women are the most powerful! "It turns out that a body shape suitable for wearing underwear can also attract romantic luck." This is an astonishing fact I discovered from my students.

People who are prone to edema should do this 2 to 3 times a week. It is recommended to do it in the morning on an empty stomach and after taking a shower. The ideal way is to do it until your back is sweating profusely.
