★Low-calorie bean chicken nuggets

One serving: about 180 to 200 calories (about 6 to 8 pieces).

Cooking method: Fry.

Cooking utensils: non-stick pan.

Prepare ingredients: 300 grams of chicken breast, 200 grams of tofu, sea salt, rice wine, a little soy sauce, 1 whole egg, and a little olive oil.
