Aerobic exercise can burn fat! But running alone won’t make you lose weight

Most people start with aerobic exercise, which is recognized as the best way to keep fit and lose weight, and is also my favorite fat-burning exercise. Actually, I didn’t like aerobic exercise at first, but later I fell in love with it because it makes my body younger and lighter. To make the body younger, it is necessary to allow the heart and blood to circulate fully. Aerobic exercise can reduce the fat in the blood, which means lowering cholesterol. This is very important.

Another advantage of aerobic exercise is that it can make you sweat. When my period comes, my whole body becomes swollen, as if water would burst out if pinched, so I run to sweat it out. Before a holiday or when I have a dinner party in the evening, I know I will eat a lot. In order to make my stomach hold more food, I will run before the party to burn some calories, which can also increase my body's metabolic rate.

Common aerobic exercises include: brisk walking, walking, jogging, skating, skipping rope, cycling, sliding stepper, stair machine, rowing machine, fitness dancing, rhythmic gymnastics, etc.

It is characterized by low intensity, rhythmic, uninterrupted and continuous, long duration, but with a little breathlessness. Generally speaking, unless there is a special disease, aerobic exercise is very effective for everyone to improve cardiopulmonary function and reduce fat. It is very suitable for exercise before and after weight training and core training.

Among aerobic exercises, running is the most common one among people. Running can help the body with cardiopulmonary training, which is very good for the cardiovascular system. If you can continue running or brisk walking every day and reach a state where your body is out of breath, it will be very helpful to your health.

Many girls like to do aerobic exercise because they don't want their muscles to get bigger. However, relying solely on aerobic exercise to lose weight is very limited, unless you are a marathon runner and have a lot of training, you have to run five kilometers just for warm-up, and run at least ten kilometers every day. If you only run three to five kilometers like me, you will lose weight at first, but it will stagnate soon. So, abandon the idea that running can help you lose weight.

If you want to lose weight through aerobic exercise, there is a way - increase the intensity. Run three kilometers this week, progress to four kilometers next week, and five kilometers the week after that. The intensity should be higher and higher. You cannot let your body adapt to your intensity, but make it so that your body will never adapt and feel unpredictable. The most important thing is to make your body unable to catch you, not know your next step, and think that your movement pattern is a mystery.

However, it is easy to get injured when running. Studies have shown that fifty out of a hundred people who run will get injured, and after being injured they will not want to exercise again. So, in addition to running, you can also do other aerobic exercises.
