Ingredients: 30 almonds (or 6 walnuts, 30g), 1/2 cup (12g) dried shrimps, 1 tablespoon sake.

Seasoning: 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon brewed soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fructooligosaccharide.

Preparation the night before:

1.Chop the almonds in half and mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

2. Add dried shrimps and sake to the heated pan, stir-fry over low heat for 1 minute, then serve.

3. Wipe the pan clean, add almonds after heating, stir-fry over low heat for 1 minute, add seasoning and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add dried shrimps and mix well.
