Weight loss supplement! Six good habits to help you lose weight

1. “Eating with rice” will make you eat more

It makes sense that a light diet helps with weight loss. When we eat some dishes that go well with rice or stir-fried dishes outside, we often ask, "Boss, one more bowl of rice!" In the end, after finishing all the ingredients, we have a bowl of rice with soup as the ending. Have you noticed? Vegetable juice and soup contain the fat from cooking and the food itself. If you add a bowl of rice, which has nearly 300 calories, it will not be burned off even after running for half an hour. Although eating up everything is a virtue, if you want to lose weight, you still need to be careful about the calories!

2. About the speed of eating

Chewing food slowly allows glucose time to circulate through the blood to the satiety center in the brain, making you feel full. If you eat voraciously when you are hungry and accidentally eat too much, by the time you come to your senses you may have finished a whole portion of chicken steak and a whole cup of bubble tea, and it will be too late to feel too full. Therefore, slowing down and chewing more can help control your eating and avoid overeating.

3. About the order of eating

You can try to adjust the order, eat the vegetables first, then the meat and rice. The fiber in green vegetables can help increase satiety and delay the absorption of sugar. Green vegetables are low in calories and nutritious, making them a good partner for weight loss! If there is a light soup, you can drink it at the beginning, maybe with a few pieces of lean meat, and then eat half a bowl of rice, and you will put down your chopsticks with satisfaction.

4. Change the gathering place

Although it is most convenient to eat and chat in a restaurant, we should not embrace delicious food during the golden time of losing weight! You can make an appointment with friends to see a show, get a SPA, watch a game, or even play ball together, or participate in the most popular road running together, which is just as fun.

5. Keep your head up and chest out and reduce your belly at all times

This is also what my yoga teacher often reminds me. Hunching over not only makes you look listless, but also makes your flesh look looser. Maintaining correct standing and sitting postures will allow your muscles to get used to the correct positions, making your body look straighter and visually reducing 1 to 2 kilograms.

6. Fragmented time is also very useful

There are many reasons why modern people cannot exercise: busy work, too much housework after get off work, too cold in winter, too hot in summer, slippery grounds on rainy days, need to catch up on sleep on holidays, too boring to exercise alone, etc. Making time for outdoor exercise requires the right time, place and people. It is better to use the time spent watching TV at home to skip rope, stretch, ride a bicycle while lying in bed, or do aerobics while watching a video. The currently popular TABATA (interval training) is also suitable for doing indoors. Moving for 15 to 20 minutes a day will be very helpful for metabolism.
