Lose weight and don’t gain it back! Study: 2 cups of coffee a day is super effective

Losing weight is not easy, and keeping it off after losing weight is even more difficult! The good news is that foreign studies have found that drinking 2 cups of coffee a day can keep you away from weight gain. However, I would like to remind everyone that you still need to control your caffeine intake in order to drink coffee healthily!

No more weight gain after fat loss? 2 cups of coffee a day helps

The Daily Mail reported that research from Germany's Hannover Medical School showed that drinking 2 to 4 cups of coffee a day can help people who are trying to lose weight not only lose fat but also maintain their weight loss results. This research has been published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The researchers explored the consumption habits of 494 men and women (who were also subjects in another weight loss study) and found that those who successfully lost weight drank an average of 2 to 4 cups of coffee a day, significantly more than those who failed to lose weight or gained weight again. Researchers say that drinking coffee combined with regular exercise can more effectively maintain weight.

The report pointed out that caffeine helps prevent weight gain, and other caffeinated drinks have the same effect. Drinking coffee has other benefits, including fighting liver disease and type 2 diabetes.

Caffeine should be controlled. Read the red, yellow and green labels carefully.

People are reminded not to drink black coffee on an empty stomach and to wait one hour after a meal before drinking it to avoid affecting iron absorption. In addition, you should also pay attention to the amount of caffeine you consume. The European Union Food Science Expert Committee recommends that daily caffeine intake should be kept below 300 mg.

Currently, freshly brewed coffee in China is labeled with red, yellow, and green to distinguish the caffeine content. "Red" means the total caffeine content per cup is more than 200 mg, "yellow" means the total caffeine content per cup is 100 to 200 mg, and "green" means the total caffeine content per cup is less than 100 mg.
