As for diet, you should develop the habit of eating five kinds of fruits and vegetables every day, increase fiber intake and satiety, drink less sugary drinks, eat three meals on time and in a balanced diet, eat until you are 80% full at each meal, and eat less midnight snacks and desserts. As for exercise, it is recommended to maintain more than 150 minutes of physical activity per week, move more and sweat more, improve physical condition, and reduce the accumulation of excess fat in the body.
