Haven't you heard of it? Liquid Christmas meal is only 300 calories!

Christmas is here! Christmas parties are full of food and drink, and the calorie intake can easily go off the charts! The traditional Christmas turkey dinner abroad has 7,000 calories, but now that can be overturned! British food experts have developed a scientifically tailored "liquid Christmas meal" for jockeys who need to control their body weight, keeping the calories within 300 calories. It is delicious and will not make you lose your body shape!

Liquid Christmas meals tailor-made for equestrian jockeys to help them maintain their weight

According to the British Daily Mail, in order to maintain a light weight, jockeys often have to suppress their appetite during festivals and can only taste one or two bites instead of eating to their heart's content. In order to allow jockeys to enjoy delicious food and feel the festive atmosphere at Christmas while maintaining a slim figure and not affecting future competitions, British food scientist Dr. Rachel Edwards-Stuart and horse racing betting company William Hill have jointly developed the world's first low-calorie "liquid Christmas meal" developed using scientific methods.

Liquid Christmas Meal Scientific Formula Turkey Gel New Way to Eat

This "liquid Christmas meal" with only 297 calories is made using high-tech methods, including turkey gel, umami-rich gravy, carrot gel, dried cabbage, and potato snow foam, and the "aroma" of cranberries is infused into the dish to enhance the flavor. In addition, if you want some side dishes, there is meat pie extract and a spoonful of powdered brandy, which only has 38 calories.

This meal is a high-carbohydrate, yet low-GI (low glycemic index) dish that can provide the nutrients jockeys need to stay energetic and ready for the big race.

Horse racing betting company William Hill said that usually horse racing jockeys have to eat a small piece of turkey, some cabbage and some cookies at Christmas. But even with such a small amount of food, jockeys need to spend several hours sitting in the sauna, sweating out the calories they eat, in order to maintain their figure, which is very hard.

The liquid Christmas dinner with rich flavor and high nutritional value developed in a scientific way is expected to have wider applications in the future, benefiting more people who need to control their weight or lose weight, so that losing weight is no longer a difficult process of "tasteless food"!
