In fact, doing so will not cause blame from others, because others do not care about other people's food intake as much as you think. I have continued this diet for the past few years, but in fact, I lost weight using this method in the first few months. I lost about ten kilograms and my waist circumference also decreased by ten centimeters. Not only did the high blood pressure disappear, but the problem of fatty liver was also solved.
