A group of researchers from the University of California, San Diego, discovered the truth from experiments on mice that "it is better to eat smartly than to eat less." The American health website "Health 24" quoted a paper published in "Cell Metabolism" on the 18th, pointing out that when it comes to the old topic of "weight loss", most people always focus on "what to eat", but ignore that "when to eat" is a big question. Biologists at the University of California, USA, conducted an experiment on dietary control on mice. When fed the same high-calorie feed, the experimental group could only eat for 8 hours a day, while the control group had no such limit. After the experiment, the researchers found that the mice with "fixed food and fixed quantity" had better weight control, better liver function, higher blood sugar tolerance, and were less prone to inflammation.

Satchidananda Panda, who wrote the study, said that each organ has a fixed "biological clock" and its activity also shows active and dormant periods. This metabolic cycle is very important for "converting cholesterol into blood sugar." If you eat all day long or always eat at the wrong time, the metabolic system will be messed up. Food cannot be smoothly converted into the nutrients or calories needed by the body, but instead becomes fat and accumulates in specific parts.
