What is the earliest reaction to hydatidiform mole?

Molar pregnancy is a common phenomenon of fetal abnormality. When pregnant women are pregnant, they will have some reactions and symptoms in the early stage. Through these reactions and symptoms, pregnant women can know whether they are pregnant with molar pregnancy. After the occurrence of molar pregnancy during pregnancy, the reactions and symptoms of pregnant women include vaginal bleeding after menopause, abdominal pain and other reaction symptoms.

Every pregnant woman has a different physique, and the nutrients absorbed during pregnancy are also different, so the growth and development of the fetus is also different. Some women suffer from hydatidiform mole during pregnancy due to various reasons, but some pregnant women are not clear about the hydatidiform mole during pregnancy.

Hydatidiform mole reactions and symptoms

Hydatidiform mole refers to the proliferation of trophoblastic cells of the placenta villi after pregnancy, high edema of the interstitial fetus, and the formation of blisters of different sizes. The blisters are connected into a string and shaped like grapes, so it is called hydatidiform mole. Pregnant women with hydatidiform mole in early pregnancy may also have some abnormal reactions, such as vaginal bleeding during menopause. Most patients will have irregular vaginal bleeding 2 to 4 months after menopause. The bleeding is less at first, and then gradually increases. In severe cases, repeated bleeding will occur, and sometimes blister-like tissue can be discharged naturally, which can lead to shock or even death.

Pregnant women may also experience abdominal pain when they have a hydatidiform mole during pregnancy. When the hydatidiform mole grows rapidly, the rapid expansion of the uterus will cause lower abdominal distension and pain in pregnant women. When the hydatidiform mole is expelled, paroxysmal pain in the lower abdomen may also occur due to uterine contractions. When a pregnant woman has a hydatidiform mole, it can also cause the uterus to abnormally enlarge and soften. Due to villous edema and intrauterine blood accumulation, the uterus of most patients with hydatidiform mole is larger than a normal uterus of the corresponding month and has a soft texture.
