How to get pregnant easily with pelvic effusion

Does pelvic effusion affect pregnancy?

Regarding this question, we all know that pelvic effusion is a gynecological disease. First of all, we need to understand what pelvic effusion is. Pelvic effusion is the exudate of cavity inflammation. It usually occurs after endometrial inflammation. The swollen cells of endometrial tissue exude a little mucus, and gradually form cystic masses from the surrounding tissues. This also leads to the physiological and pathological differentiation of pelvic effusion.

Physiological pelvic effusion usually occurs after female ovulation or in early pregnancy. This condition will mostly disappear on its own. They will not hesitate to see a doctor and will not affect pregnancy. However, if it is pathological pelvic effusion, it is mostly caused by endoscopic adnexitis or endometriosis. If you choose not to treat it, you will wait for the condition to worsen, and the effusion will begin to increase slowly, leading to female infertility.

Why does pathological pelvic effusion affect fertility?

1. Female pelvic effusion may be caused by chronic infectious lesions, such as inflammation of the gynecological system, ovaries, and fallopian tubes, or by tuberculosis or tumors. Long-term delay will affect fertility.

2. Pelvic effusion can easily lead to pelvic adhesions, fallopian tube obstruction, etc., which can cause infertility. Symptoms such as lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, increased leucorrhea, lower abdominal tenderness, and cord-like thickening in women during examinations are considered to be chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which requires active treatment to prevent the inflammation from worsening and the amount of effusion from increasing.

3. Most pelvic effusions are caused by inflammation, that is, by exudation of chronic pelvic inflammation, and a few are caused by ruptured ectopic pregnancy, corpus luteum rupture, pelvic abscess, chocolate cyst and ovarian cancer. These inflammations can also affect the combination of sperm and egg and pregnancy.
