What are the drugs for treating bacterial vaginosis?

Bacterial vaginosis BV is a syndrome caused by mixed infection of vaginal Gardnerella and some hypoxic bacteria, which leads to imbalance of vaginal microecological balance, increased vaginal discharge, fishy leucorrhea and vulvar itching and burning. What medicine is good for bacterial vaginosis?

1. General treatment:

Keep the vulva clean and dry, avoid scratching. Do not eat spicy food. Change underwear frequently, wash with warm water, and do not mix with other clothes to avoid cross infection.

2. Drug treatment:

1 Metronidazole is currently considered to be effective and should be taken twice a day for 7 consecutive days.

2. Methicillin and carbendazim are used together for 3 days.

3. Thiamphenicol and thiamphenicol are effective against a variety of Gram-negative and Gram-negative bacteria and have a good therapeutic effect on the growth of anaerobic bacteria, so they can also be selected.

4. Clean mycin and ampicillin can also be selected. In recent years, it is advocated that asymptomatic people do not need treatment.

3. Local therapy:

Topical medications such as metronidazole suppositories can be used for treatment, once a night for 7 consecutive days.

4. Treatment of complications:

People who are detected with other pathogens should take drugs for other pathogens to avoid the abuse of antibiotics. Pay attention to systemic medication, give support and immunotherapy at the same time, and pay attention to adverse reactions of drugs.
