Adenomyosis is the most common gynecological disease, which often occurs in women over 40 years old. The age of onset gradually increases, and it is closely related to artificial abortion and cesarean section. There are many ways to treat adenomyosis, but because each person's requirements are different, the most important thing in the treatment of the disease is to prescribe medicine for the symptoms. The treatment of adenomyosis depends on the patient's condition. The commonly used treatment method is a combination of surgery and medication. Although adenomyosis is not a serious and fatal disease, it is also very harmful to patients. Women must learn to actively prevent adenomyosis. Symptomatic treatment: For patients with mild symptoms who only need to relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms, especially those near menopause, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can be used to treat dysmenorrhea symptomatically. Since the ectopic endometrium gradually atrophies after menopause, postmenopausal pain can be relieved without surgical treatment. Treatment of pseudomenopause: GNRHA injection can make the hormone level in the body reach the menopausal state, so that the ectopic endometrium gradually shrinks and plays a therapeutic role. This method is also called "medical oophorectomy" or "medical hypophysectomy". 3 to 6 weeks after medication, the body's serum estrogen level reaches the castration level, which can relieve dysmenorrhea. In addition, GNRHA can significantly reduce the size of the uterus and can be used as a preoperative medication for some patients with large lesions and difficult operations. When the uterus becomes smaller and then the operation is performed, the risk and difficulty will be greatly reduced. However, long-term use of GNRHA can cause menopausal symptoms, and even serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications and osteoporosis. Therefore, it is recommended to add estrogen in reverse after 3 months of GNRHA application to relieve complications. In addition, the cost of GNRHA is relatively high, requiring 1,000-2,000 yuan per month, so it is not currently a long-term treatment plan. Once the drug is discontinued, the resumption of menstruation may lead to further progression of the lesion. Therefore, GNRHA is currently a commonly used alternative drug to reduce preoperative lesions and postoperative recurrence. Treatment of false pregnancy: Some scholars believe that oral contraceptives or progesterone can control the development of adenomyosis by causing the ectopic endometrium to decidualize and atrophy. Some patients choose to take Man Yue Le to continuously release highly effective progesterone to control endometriosis in the uterine muscle. However, some scholars believe that the ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis is mostly basal endometrium and is insensitive to progesterone. Therefore, the efficacy of progesterone (oral contraceptives and Man Yue Le) in treating adenomyosis is still controversial. TCM treatment: According to TCM, adenomyosis is related to blood stasis, and the formation of blood stasis is related to pathogenic factors such as cold stagnation, qi stagnation, phlegm and dampness. Therefore, in treatment, we should take promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the principle, and also consider the cause and degree of weakness of blood stasis. It is not clear what causes adenomyosis, but adenomyosis often leads to dysmenorrhea and increased menstruation, which seriously affects women's health. It is not terrible to find the disease. Patients must pay attention to adenomyosis, actively treat it, and do not miss the best time for treatment, so that it can be effectively cured. |
